Tcr ID1

Post by Grchrebel » Mon Jan 30, 2012 9:12 am

Looking @ getting a Tcr Id1 from ebay. I am new to fishing boats, this is my first one and want to get a decent finder. Are these any good and how hard is it to find parts?

Getting accessories for that model range is very difficult if not impossible It isn't "decent" in comparison to any new models. It has a very low screen resolution.
Without the power cord and transducer is it not even a good anchor-it floats.

For a new model, look at the Humminbird PiranhaMAX series. Any of those is a lot better than the TCR. You can also shop on Ebay for a higher quality newer pre-owned unit that may be in your price range.
